Important Registration Information

  1. Space in all workshops is limited and pre-registration is required.
    • ONLINE registration must be completed 2 days before the workshop.
    • PHONE registration closes at 6:00 PM Pacific Time the day before the workshop.
  2. All workshops are subject to minimum attendance requirements. They are held in a variety of venues in the region listed. Workshop locations are confirmed at least 3 weeks prior to the program. At that time, details are posted below and emailed to the registered participants. If your workshop is postponed or cancelled for any reason, you may transfer to another date or city or receive a full refund of your tuition. You will be notified by email if there are any changes to your workshop.
  3. By registering for The Queen’s Code Challenge: Understanding Women workshop you are agreeing to the following:
    • You will attend all of the Saturday and Sunday sessions of the workshop from 10:00AM to 6:00PM. The workshop does not accommodate late arrivals and/or early departures. Late arrivals will not be admitted. Early Saturday departures will not be readmitted on Sunday.
    • You must complete all portions of the workshop to be eligible to register for Graduate Programs.
    • If your Workshop Leader determines that your participation as a Reviewer is not supporting the workshop, you will be excused and your payment will be refunded in its entirety.
  4. If you are registering for The Queen’s Code Challenge: Understanding Women with a Payment Plan:
    • Your first payment of $117 will be processed TODAY, at the time you complete your registration.
    • The remaining six (6) payments of $117 will be charged on a 31-day cycle to the same credit card you used when completing your registration.
    • The total tuition for payment plan registrations into The Queen’s Code Challenge: Understanding Women is $819.
    • If any of your scheduled payments are declined, you will receive a computer-generated email informing you about the declined payment. If you receive such an email, it is your responsibility to contact the Registrar’s office. Until the problem is rectified and the payment plan brought current, you will be automatically transferred out of all workshops.
